Created for the The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, the aim of this project is to give municipalities a way to explore the impact changes in zoning would have by estimating the number of new units the changes will allow and estimating their impact on the environment.
This project is in development and is currently only available to a limited number of test municipalities.
